OUR EXCHANGE SERVICE
To re-process the variety of blade/Smart Knife types we receive daily and return them to their individual owners on the same day would be impossible.
To provide customers with a fast and efficient (usually next day) service we operate an exchange service.
HOW IT WORKS
We re-process blades/knives in batches of each type and hold them in stock.
When we receive your used blades/knives we immediately return new or “good as new” blades/knives from stock and leave your blades/knives to be re-processed with the next batch of that type.
If the blades/knives you send us are beyond re-processing we don’t fuss we simply send you new or “good as new” blades/knives at no extra cost.
USERS OF OUR EXCHANGE SERVICE NEVER NEED TO BUY NEW BLADES OR SMART KNIVES
Although they frequently receive new blades/knives they pay only exchange price.
Many of our customers have not paid for a new blade/knife for over 20 years.

If you have a sentimental attachment to a particular blade or blades (and if you are prepared to wait longer) please inform us so we can re-process YOUR blade/blades separately.
We exchange only blades manufactured by ourselves or by other manufacturers of high quality blades.
So please don’t send junk purchased on an internet auction site in the hope of swapping it for a real one.
