While it is still in warranty - and for deserving customers well beyond the expiration of warranty.
BUT
We cannot always provide free support for equipment supplied by others who cannot (or do not) provide support for what they supply nor can we afford to spend countless hours on the telephone teaching untrained staff how to use equipment they should already understand.
WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO HELP
But we cannot always do it for free.
